Soil
On these coteaux shone upon, often with excess, the vine produces only very poor yield, but the aromatic power of its bunches has of equal only the song of the cicadas in full midday. The extreme conditions of establishment of our vineyard, the aridity of our soil, obliges its roots to cut through a path in the calcareous rock and the formation of the stocks, nearest possible to the ground makes it possible the bunches to profit from the maximum of sunning. We cultivate our pieces in the largest respect of the ground and its environment and take care that nothing can harm the perfect development of these beautiful bunches violets or gilded, likely to bring a little happiness to us.
